We believe that when we list your home, our job has only just begun. If at any
time during the marketing of your home, you become dissatisfied with the quality
of service we provide, and we can not find a solution, you are free to cancel
the contract and hire a different agent.
3) Do you provide a written marketing plan?
When you decide to list your home, we will provide a written, signed marketing
plan so
you know exactly how we are working to sell your home.
4) Do you provide a Virtual Tour of my home on the Internet?
We can provide a fully interactive virtual tour of your home, inside and out,
to be included
on this website, your home's website, and other Internet-based Home marketing
sites.
5) Do you provide a weekly progress report?
We believe you have a right to know how we are working to sell your home. We
provide weekly progress reports of showings and feedback from potential buyers
and their agents.
6) Do you list my home in both the Bitterroot Valley and the Missoula MLS system?
It’s hard to believe, but there are many agents in both the Bitterroot
and Missoula without access to both MLS systems. Always ask! We will list your
home in both systems, so you can be assured that more people will be able to
see that your home is on the market.
